How does Bespoke Joinery Design Work?

  • Begin with a free consultation to talk through your overall vision - key joinery goals, colour schemes, styles and budget - so we can put together a bespoke project quotation. Book your free consultation here.

  • Delve deeper in a 1-2-1 with your designer. Bounce ideas around, ask questions and put together a design plan and timeline. Your designer will gather all measurements, photos and videos required to create your design.

  • Your designer will develop mood boards, showcasing initial design inspiration and concepts for your bespoke joinery piece.

  • Your designer will generate Photorealistic Design Visuals of your joinery piece, allowing you to digitally preview what the end result could look like and how it sits within the room.

These high‑quality digital images help you approve finishes, confirm style and give your joiner a clear visual brief.

  • Your designer will advise on any samples and swatches to purchase as well as presenting additional samples from their library. You’ll go through the samples together, enabling you to choose your colours, finishes and materials that are the best fit for your design.

  • A comprehensive sourcing & purchasing guide will be provided to you, outlining all elements, materials, and fixtures required for your joinery design, as well as any further furniture, fittings and decor required to pair with your new joinery piece.

  • Your designer will provide you with a final design pack, collating all documents, drawings and visuals created for your design. This will include technical drawings of your joinery piece, providing your joiner everything they need to bring the vision to life.

*PLEASE NOTE: Joinery work is not provided by Nest and you will need to source your own trades to carry out this work.

  • Find your preferred joiner to carry out the work and provide them with the visuals and technical drawings to help.
