Your designer will visit to take measurements and capture the space. You’ll have chance to chat further about your goals, preferred styles and overall vision.

Your designer will develop mood boards, showcasing initial design inspiration and concepts for your space.

Your designer will produce photorealistic design visuals that show the concept in situ - accurate lighting, materials, textures and scale - so you can preview not just how the room will look but how it will feel. Up to 4 layout concepts will be presented to help you compare and land on the best flow for the room. These high‑quality digital images will also help you approve finishes, furnishings and give contractors a clear visual brief.

*Up to 6 design revisions are included within this package, if required.

Sit down with your designer for a design walk-through session. They’ll explain design choices, discuss different options and advise on next steps. You can ask questions, request live tweaks and see your space come to life, virtually.

Your designer will advise on relevant samples & swatches to purchase, if needed, as well as presenting additional samples within their library. You’ll go through the samples together and decide which colours, materials and finishes are the right fit for your design.

You’ll receive a Comprehensive Sourcing & Purchasing Guide detailing the furniture, materials, fittings and décor needed to implement your design. This will include item descriptions, costs and estimated delivery information.

Once you’ve signed off on the selections, we’ll update the photorealistic visuals to show the exact pieces to scale, allowing you to preview all items, colours and materials before making any big purchases.

All that will be left to do is follow the links provided, purchase the items and install once they arrive.

This package also includes a final photorealistic video walkthrough, providing your trades further guidance on implementing the design.

Your designer will produce a bird’s‑eye furniture layout - a clear, to‑scale plan showing exactly where to place each piece to optimise flow and function. This easy‑to‑follow guide will allow you to arrange your furnishings with confidence.

Your designer will prepare detailed elevations and technical space plans tailored to your project. These are especially valuable in kitchens, bathrooms, and any room with fixed elements, providing your trades with accurate, measured guidance for installing units and fixtures. This ensures a smooth, efficient construction process with minimal guesswork.

As your trades start transforming your space, your designer will be on hand with personalised project support to make sure everything comes together exactly as planned. Through on‑site drop‑ins, they’ll speak directly with your trades to walk through the designs, clarify installation details, and answer any questions along the way.

*Up to 3 drop in visits are included in this package, for your designer to provide feedback on quality assurance and project progress - any further visits required will incur additional fees.

Upon project completion, your designer will dress the space with your decor and soft furnishings to enhance the finished product and provide a ‘turn key’ end result.

Your designer will hand over your space, fully complete, styled and ready to enjoy.

*You’ll have up to 4 weeks of further design support, enabling you to liaise with your designer during this time for any additional advice.
